I have made great progress: I have uploaded the South American waypoints onto my Garmin BaseCamp and from there onto my 60CSx. If this doesn't sufficiently address the problem we can use PM.
The decimal separator should be a period rather than a comma. The data order is Longitude, Latitude, Title, Description. Below are a few lines from two of my csv files: I see some issues with your data convention. I would love to email my 125 spreadsheet to chuck4564 to look it over. Am I missing a comma between the latitude S 31 40,639 and the longitude W069 27,898? csv file but the coordinates still look the same - e.g.
